A live journalism event celebrating America at 250

📍 Hine Hall, on the campus of Indiana University Indianapolis
ArcFest is a one-day, immersive live journalism experience created to mark the United States’ 250th anniversary. Hosted by Free Press Indiana, the festival will bring together journalists, civic leaders, artists and community members to explore how the first 250 years of our nation have shaped Indiana, and how Hoosiers will define the next 250.
Rooted in the spirit of the First Amendment and inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s belief that “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice,” ArcFest will center equity, civic engagement and community storytelling.
