Chris Speckman is a writer, educator, and father. He serves as the Writing Center Coordinator for Indianapolis Public Schools and leads youth writing outreach programs for Butler University and the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library, His poetry has appeared in “Scoundrel Time,” “Cimarron Review,” “Passages North,” and the anthologies “It Was Written: Poetry Inspired by Hip-Hop” and “The Indianapolis Anthology.” He is nearing completion of a manuscript about fathers, sons, and “NBA Jam.”
