If you have questions about what’s going on in local government, here’s a chance to get some answers.

Councilors representing the far east side will host a town hall from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, at the Grassy Creek Environmental Community Center, 3510 German Church Road.

Democratic councilors Keith Graves, Ali Brown, Andy Nielsen, Rena Allen will be present.

Residents are invited to ask questions and share concerns.  

Here are some things you could ask about:

💰 Councilors are in the process of approving the city’s $1.7 billion budget for 2026

🏢 Updates on proposed development on the east side

🛝 How councilors are using the $1 million allotted to them in this year’s budget
