Residents on the Far Eastside can learn more about the neighborhood’s quality of life plan at a kickoff celebration.
The event will be 6-9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at P30, 3039 N. Post Road.Â
Residents are invited to share stories, ideas and aspirations for the neighborhood. The celebration will feature food, music and an opportunity to learn about the quality of life planning process.
A quality of life plan is a set of goals and strategies created by residents to improve a neighborhood. LISC Indianapolis was chosen to lead the Far Eastside quality of life planning process, which will run through June 2026 and include community engagement, the creation of committees and data mapping.Â
The kickoff celebration is open to residents of all ages, and you can register online. More information about the Far Eastside quality of life plan is on the LISC Indianapolis website.Â
