Far Eastsiders are invited to share their thoughts on the current state of the neighborhood at a community listening session.
The event is noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Grassy Creek Environmental Community Center, 3510 N. German Church Road.
Residents will have the opportunity to share community needs, desires and neighborhood priorities.
The listening session is part of the Far Eastside Quality of Life planning process. A quality of life plan is a set of goals and strategies created by residents to improve a neighborhood. LISC Indianapolis was chosen to lead the neighborhood’s quality of life planning process, which will run through June and include community engagement, the creation of committees and data mapping.Â
More information about the quality of life plan can be found online. Registration for the event can be completed online.Â
