The Chin Community of Indiana will partner with Franciscan Health to host a southside immunization clinic on May 21 in Indianapolis.

The free vaccine clinic is open to everyone and walk-ins are welcome.

Attendees need to bring their insurance card and photo identification. Consent forms will be issued for people who don’t have insurance. 

The clinic will be open from 1-4 p.m. May 21 at the Chin Community of Indiana, 2524 E. Stop 11 Road.
