A southside church is hosting a community meal to help people in need. 

LifeBridge Community Church, a ministry of Marwood Baptist Church, will provide free lunch, groceries and clothing. 

The event is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 14 at Marwood Baptist Church, 3940 Mann Road. 

Mirror Indy, a nonprofit newsroom, is funded through grants and donations from individuals, foundations and organizations.
