Couch has run in several local elections, including in the Indianapolis Republican mayoral primary in 2023 and for House District 92 in 2022.
Couch is the owner of the American Ridgeback Rescue Corp. He did not return messages and does not have a legislative campaign page.

- Legalizing marijuana.
- Reforming animal control.
