People affected by breast cancer can attend weekly yoga classes designed for recovery. 

The sessions are hosted by Bosom Buddies Yoga, an Indianapolis organization supporting breast cancer survivors and those undergoing treatment. Participants will focus on gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques. 

Classes, from 10-11 a.m., are pay what you can. They start Feb. 13 and continue every Friday through April 10 at The Haverstick, 9111 Haverstick Road, Room 5/6. Yoga blocks, straps, blankets and chairs are provided. Attendees should bring their own mat. No prior yoga experience is needed.
