IndyGo riders can fill out a survey to tell the transit agency what’s working — and what isn’t.

You can take the survey online. Or you can take the survey in person at the downtown Julia M. Carson Transit Center.

Questions include how satisfied you are with IndyGo’s service and what improvements would get you to take the bus more often.

Responses are anonymous. But if you provide contact information, you’ll receive one reloadable MyKey card with $4 of transit value for completing the survey.

The survey is open through Saturday, Sept. 20.
