American singer-songwriter Iván Cornejo will make a spring visit to downtown Indianapolis for a concert at Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park, Live Nation announced Monday.

Cornejo has recorded three albums, and some of the California native’s recent songs on the 2024 Mirada album include “Baby Please,” “Vuelva,” “Donde Estás” and “Sale Para Ser Feliz.”

The Indianapolis visit on May 1 will be the second leg of his Mirada Tour, which will begin after Cornejo performs at Coachella 2025 in April. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Prices were not shared in a news release from Live Nation.

Cornejo has said a portion of ticket sales will go to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation in response to the city’s recent wildfires.

The Live Nation release said, “His dreamy music – a sophisticated combination of sad sierreño and hazy, alternative-rock vibes – resonates with a younger generation who identify with his bicultural sensibility, quiet demeanor, and the need to let his music speak for itself. With over 5.2 billion combined streams, Cornejo firmly positions himself as one of the most consumed Latin artists in the United States.”
