Local government decisions impact everyone’s daily life—taxes, schools, roads, and public safety. If constituents don’t show up, decisions are made without their input. Attending gives citizens a voice and holds officials accountable.

Decisions move quickly, and by the time you hear about them, they may already be in effect. Simply being present shows leaders that citizens are paying attention. Make your voice count. Attend a meeting and help shape the future of the city. One of the meetings below is a good place to start.
