Members of the Martindale Brightwood community are hosting a town hall alongside elected officials and stakeholders to discuss the Quality of Life Implementation Plan.

The town hall is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 27 at the Frederick Douglass Park Family Center, 1616 E. 25th St.

The plan, which was developed by the community for the community, highlights 10 areas to improve the quality of life for Martindale Brightwood residents:  arts and culture, economic development, education, environment, health and wellness, housing and infrastructure, neighborhood engagement, public safety, workforce development and youth engagement.

The Martindale Brightwood town hall is free and open to the public. For more information, visit eventbrite.com.
