Planned Parenthood is merging three Indianapolis locations into one, with two clinics scheduled to close their doors in April.

The nonprofit announced Wednesday that it will move operations from its midtown and south side locations to its Georgetown Health Center on April 3.

The consolidation came in response to funding cuts and rising costs affecting the organization’s operations. Planned Parenthood officials said the change will allow the Georgetown location to offer additional appointment availability for patients.

The midtown and south side clinics will end all operations on April 3.
