If you’re looking for something different to do with your special someone in honor of Valentine’s Day, head to Eagle Creek Park.

The park has a half-mile My Punny Valentine Trail, which is lined with more than two dozen nature puns, quips and plays on words.

Eagle Creek crews will place 30 puns along the Pin Oak Trail, which begins at the park’s Earth Discovery Center, at 5901 Delong Road.

The My Punny Valentine Trail is free with park admission, which begins at $1 per person or $6 per vehicle, and will run until Feb. 16. Gates close at 6:30 p.m. daily.

The trail is safe for some strollers and wheelchairs, but wet weather can make it more difficult.

For trail conditions or more information about My Punny Valentine Trail, call the Earth Discovery Center at 317-327-7148.
