Warren Township families have a chance to make sure their kids are up-to-date on the vaccines required for school.
The Warren Township school district is having a vaccine clinic from 3-6 p.m. April 15 at the Moorhead Community Resource Center, 8400 E. 10th St.
The Indiana Immunization Coalition will provide the vaccines. It comes at a key time for families of pre-K students, fifth graders and high school sophomores — all of which will have to meet new vaccine requirements before the start of the coming school year.
Visit the Warren Township schools website for a full vaccination schedule. The schedule explains which vaccines are required at what grade levels.
Most immunizations, except for the shingles and adult RSV vaccines, will be provided at no cost for those without insurance.
Providers at the Moorhead clinic accept all forms of insurance, including private plans, Medicare and Medicaid. To attend, bring your insurance card and vaccine records with you, if you have them.
Walk-in appointments are available but children under 18 years old must arrive with a parent or guardian.
You can also register in advance online. Visit patients.vaxcare.com/registration to get started. Insert the enrollment code IN65942 on the webpage and select Moorhead Community Resource Center – 4/15/26.
