You can learn more about the top health issues in the community at a May 28 event at the University of Indianapolis.
The Marion County Public Health Department will share findings from a 2025 community health assessment, which surveyed over 4,500 residents. Key health concerns across the county include mental health, access to healthcare, housing, trauma and injury prevention and infant mortality.
Speakers include Dr. Virginia Caine, the department’s chief medical officer. The event is from 6-8 p.m. at the Health Pavilion R.B. Annis Theatre (Room 138), 1400 E. Hanna Ave.
Dinner will be provided to participants.
