I've been a journalist working in and around Indianapolis for more than 20 years, including as a city and state beat reporter with a reputation for watchdog and investigative reporting at The Indy Star. I later joined the Star's editing team and managed the business and politics desks with a strong penchant for accountability journalism.
My wife and I have two young girls that are my joy! I am a masters swimmer and I frequently compete in triathlons. I'm a fan of craft beer and frequent local breweries.
I knew that helping to build a newsroom from the ground up would be the opportunity of a lifetime. I’m excited about the vision for Mirror Indy and the commitment to local public service and community journalism.
