I’m a Mexican-American writer and artist living on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis. My arts writing and illustration have appeared in Booth, NUVO and Sky Blue Window. My work has also appeared in PATTERN Magazine, ASYMMETRY and ABSTRACT by PRINTtEXT, Classical Music Indy’s NOTE Magazine and The Indiana Review.
When I'm not at work, I'm usually reading or writing literary fiction. And if I'm not doing that, then I'm visiting fun places and making new friends, or laughing with my husband and two cats at our home in the Near Eastside of Indy.
I joined the Mirror Indy Team because I love storytelling and want to uplift the very best, most interesting voices and events happening in our community.
