Rebecca Berfanger is a solo attorney, adjunct professor (Media Law & Ethics for Ball State journalism students; First Amendment at IU McKinney Law), freelance journalist, and aspiring podcast host ("Another's Lyric," an on-again, off-again First Amendment podcast). She has written for Indianapolis Monthly, South Magazine, Columbus Magazine, NUVO, Indianapolis Business Journal, and local legal publications.
