Southsiders can help shape the future of Beech Grove’s parks and community programming.

The small city on the southeast side of Marion County is requesting feedback on its parks: Sarah T. Bolton, Don Challis, Hartman and Hornet Park Community Center.

Residents can provide input through an online survey to help inform the city’s five-year park plan. Some of the questions ask which park events surveyors have attended and whether there’s interest in a pickle ball court or an outdoor gym.

The city will host an open house to discuss the five-year plan 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Beech Grove City Hall, 806 Main St.
