Want to get involved in Indy’s neighborhoods? Put on some gloves, grab a trash bag and clean up some litter.
If your neighborhood isn’t on the list, you can explore and help out at another one — you’ll might even meet some interesting people along the way and get invited back to some cool block parties.
And, if you want to start your own cleanup event, you can apply to the Great Indy Cleanup program, a partnership between the city and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. You’ll get everything you need: supplies, a dumpster and templates for flyers.
