I will prioritize being present, accessible and engaged through regular community interaction and direct communication so residents always have a clear line to their constable. Strong leadership starts with listening and following through on what people need.

What is the top issue facing your district that you think you would have the power to address as constable?

There is a clear need for stronger accountability and professionalism within the constable’s office, which directly affects public confidence. I will address that by setting high standards, being consistently visible and delivering dependable service.

What role does a good constable play in township government?

A good constable ensures the courts are supported by serving legal documents accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with the law. This role is essential to protecting due process and keeping the justice system running effectively.

One issue we hear consistently is that people aren’t properly served. What efforts would you make to serve legal paperwork to people?

I will establish clear expectations, strengthen documentation practices and ensure proper training so every service attempt is complete and legally sound. This responsibility requires consistency and attention to detail, and I will make sure it is done right.

How would you vet deputy constables?

I will carefully evaluate deputies based on background, experience and professionalism while setting a clear standard for performance from the start. Ongoing training and accountability will be key to ensuring the office operates at a high level.
