Four new bookstores have opened in Indianapolis this year, with at least one more coming in 2024.

Selections at the shops range from general interest to global stories to books that have been removed from schools and libraries.

Dream Palace Books & Coffee

Neighborhood: Old Northside

Where: 111 E. 16th St.

Hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday
