Warren Township families who missed the school district’s August vaccine clinic will have another chance this month to make sure their kids are up-to-date on routine immunizations.
The district will host an immunization clinic for school-aged children from 3-6 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Moorhead Community Resource Center, 8400 E. 10th St.
There’s no cost for the event. However, families are asked to register in advance.
To sign up, visit patients.vaxcare.com/registration and use the enrollment code IN65942, then select Warren Schools- 9/11/24 from the drop-down menu.
