Bicycle safety advocate group Bike Indianapolis will distribute bike lights at two Indianapolis Public Library branches this month. 

• 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 8 at the East 38th Street branch, 5420 E. 38th St. 
• 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 15 at the Garfield Park branch, 2502 Shelby St. 

You must bring your bike to receive a light. Only one set of lights will be given per person.
