Indianapolis residents are invited to share questions and comments at a town hall this week with Rep. Carey Hamilton and Sen. Fady Qaddoura. The Democratic lawmakers will discuss their priorities for the 2024 legislative session, which is scheduled to convene in January.

The meeting will be 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Eastwood Middle School, 4401 E. 62nd St.

Hamilton has been in office since 2016 and represents House District 87, which covers the northeast part of the city.

Qaddoura was elected in 2020. He serves District 30, which covers the northern reaches of Marion County.

Both Hamilton and Qaddoura are up for re-election in November.
