Indianapolis residents have one more chance to share their family’s wealth history — and possibly influence future city policy.
As part of a city project to tell the story of Black wealth in Indy, local consultant Joi Harmon will host one last community conversation Feb. 18. The final conversation was initially scheduled for Jan. 27 but was postponed due to weather.
At the event, Harmon and city officials will share broad takeaways about what policies have impacted Black wealth in Indianapolis gained from community conversations and survey responses over the last two months.
You can still complete the survey online until it closes Feb. 13.

The community conversation will be from 2-4 p.m. Feb. 18 at Frederick Douglass Park Family Center, 1616 E. 25th St.
