The Asian American Alliance is hosting a free community health fair on Saturday, Aug. 2.

Health professionals will lead sessions about mental health, nutrition, chronic disease and sleep, with a Q&A opportunity at the end. Residents can also get free screenings for their cholesterol, kidneys, sleep and blood sugar.

The nonprofit organization empowers Asian Americans in central Indiana to serve and lead their communities.

The fair is from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Nexus Impact Center in Indianapolis, 9511 Angola Court, unit 200. Free parking is available.

Registration through Eventbrite is required by July 31.
