Jody Galadriel Friend is a writer, musician, model, actress, producer, nerd, witch and five-foot-ten neurodivergent southern-bred goth who currently resides in Portland, Ore. She is the frontwoman of the queer-Appalachian-doom-punk band Public Universal Friend. Her debut book "Transangelicism: memoir of a transgender ex-vangelical" was released in October 2024.
