I'm an investigative and multimedia journalist specializing in civil rights. I last worked for North Carolina Public Radio WUNC, with whom I won PMJA and Gracie awards. I am now the Senior Elections Editor at The Duke Chronicle. I'm a junior at Duke University, studying English, journalism, and creative writing.

When I’m not working, I love baking, narrative podcasts and history books, especially Robert Caro's biographies. I also enjoy watching cartoons with my awful, terrible, no-good cat named Bear.
