T.C. Howe Middle School students are looking for help with a holiday food drive.

The school’s student council is collecting non-perishable and canned food donations through Dec. 18.

Donations will be packed and distributed to those in need. The school plans to work with its Family and Community Engagement liaison and social worker to identify families.

Community members who want to support the drive can drop items off at the school’s main office at 4900 Julian Ave.

It’s open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday except during school breaks.
