Indy Parks Director Phyllis Boyd shared 2024 park plans during a recent Parks and Recreation Committee meeting.
The parks department is seeking community input for upcoming Tarkington Park improvements that will begin in the summer of 2024.
“The proposed improvements are anchored around the addition of the multisport field named after Richard “Coach Nell” Hamilton,” Boyd said.
