The Music in Transit concert web series is returning for an eighth season, bringing live performances to IndyGo’s Good Vibes bus, a recent news release said.

Free public filming for the series will be from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. May 1-3 at World Famous HotBoys, 1004 Virginia Ave., in Fountain Square. The fast-casual restaurant specializes in Nashville-style chicken.

Attendees can enjoy a free concert with behind-the-scenes access to the filming, and free chicken while supplies last.

This season’s featured artists include Dr. Austin Dean Ashford, Pilots, Bashiri Asad, Wellness Check, Rock E Bassoon, Tavonne and Chreece Art Showcase.

IndyGo is the brand name for the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corp., which serves as the municipal corporation and primary public transit provider for Indianapolis and Marion County. IndyGo partnered with GANGGANG and Total Fun Productions for the project. Episodes will be released on the Music in Transit YouTube channel in the summer.
