Celebrate different cultures at the Lawrence International Festival. 

The festival is noon to 4 p.m. May 9 at the Lawrence Civic Plaza, 5710 Lawrence Village Pkwy. 

The goal of the event is to celebrate the diversity in Lawrence. The festival will feature international cuisine and performances. 

The festival is open to everyone and free to attend. More information can be found online.
