Do you know those worksheets kids fill out in elementary school for Mother’s Day? They answer questions like, “What does your mom do for work?” or “What’s your mom’s name?” The best answers are always the ones that aren’t quite right but create funny memories.

In the spirit of that time-honored class assignment, we created our own “All about my mom” worksheet, and we want to hear from you. Print it out and fill one out for your mom. Or, sit down with your kid and have them write down answers about you.

You can download one of the sheets here.

When you’re done, send it to me at sophie.young@mirrorindy.org. We’ll publish the worksheets ahead of Mother’s Day, so you can share how special your mom is with all of Indy.
