The Garfield Park library branch will provide overdose prevention resources on July 10.
The “Be a Good Neighbor” event is a collaboration between the Marion County Public Health Department, Damien Center, Step Up and Overdose Lifeline. Organizations will also provide free food, HIV and hepatitis C tests and participate in a community clean up.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 10 at the Garfield Park library, 2502 Shelby St.
