Kids and teens can learn how to cook with two free programs at Washington Park, 3130 E. 30th St.
Participants in each program will learn about healthy food, make treats and bring home recipes. Both courses will include games and a chance to win prizes. Snacks will be provided.
The classes will run each Thursday from Oct. 16 through Nov. 20.
The CATCH Cooking Club is for children in grades 3 through 5. This class will meet from 4:14-4:45 p.m.
The Teen Cuisine Cooking Club is for students in grades 6 through 12. This class will meet from 4:45-5:30 p.m.
