Drivers, start planning your detours. The Indianapolis Department of Public Works will close a busy westside thoroughfare between Rockville Road and West Washington Street for several months due to a drainage construction project.
A nearly 600-foot portion of South Lynhurst Drive between Jackson Street and Bertha Street — near the Bethel Family Worship Center — will be closed May 4 for construction work on a $2.5-million culvert rehabilitation project.
