Savor the flavor of some of the best food west of the White River while helping students pay for college at Taste of the Westside.

The event is from 5-8 p.m. April 25 at 1899 Events, 164 Steeples Blvd. It will showcase food from local restaurants and businesses, like Barry’s Pizza and Wings, The Workingman’s Friend, Mamá Ines Mexican Bakery, Mug-N-Bun and many more.

The event will benefit George Washington High School Dollars for Scholars, which provides scholarships for George Washington High School graduates.

Admission is $12 for folks over age 13, $10 for alumni, $7 for kids ages 6 to 13, and free for kids under 6.
