You can help unhoused students in Indianapolis start a new year with school supplies.
Brightlane Learning, an Indianapolis nonprofit that provides tutoring to unhoused students, is seeking donations to support kids’ return to school.
Helping out is easy. You can shop three Amazon lists compiled by the nonprofit.
The school supplies list will provide backpacks and other supplies to students. The basic needs list will ensure students have access to snacks and basic hygiene items.
And, the third list supports graduating students’ transition into the future. This list includes items such as bedding, pillows and gift cards.

Follow the links above to shop each list. When checking out, you can choose to have items shipped directly to Brightlane Learning, who will ensure items are delivered to students.
The 25 for 25 Community Drive comes as part of Brightlane Learning’s celebration of 25 years of service to Indianapolis students.
