Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on Mondays, so pickup for heavy trash, trash and recycling will be delayed by a day for those two weeks.

For example, if your pickup is usually on a Thursday, it will be on Friday instead. Other companies that provide trash and recycling services in Indy will be on a similar schedule.

Residents with questions or concerns about their trash or recycling can call the Mayor’s Action Center at 317-327-4622. The representative will request your name and address.
