Community members can receive free therapy during the Men’s Mental Health Summit on Saturday, Dec. 13.

The event includes workshops, yoga and spaces for prayer and meditation. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about expungement and sealing eviction records.

The Men’s Wellness Collective, a local nonprofit, is hosting the summit to break down the stigma around men’s mental health. The event, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is at the Frederick Douglass Family Center, 1616 E. 25th St.
