The Indianapolis Public Library will host several arts events at westside libraries throughout November.

The events are free, but registration is recommended.


Crafternoon at West Indianapolis Branch

Come out for the Crafternoon arts and crafts club. Bring a project you’re working on or use the supplies provided to start something new. 


Eiteljorg artist at Haughville Branch

🗓️ 2-4 p.m. Nov. 12
📍 2121 W. Michigan St.

In partnership with the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, Hopi potter Bobby Silas will share his work to revive Sikyatki pottery and discuss how he combines both Hopi and Zuni design styles. This is part of the Eiteljorg Artist-in-Residence Workshop series.


Yarnslingers at Decatur Branch

🗓️ 6-7 p.m. Nov. 12
📍 5301 Decatur Ave.

Knitters, crocheters and fiber arts of all skill levels are welcome to join a monthly meeting to work on projects, share recent creations and discuss their art.
