Starfish Initiative and Indy Networking will co-host a mentorship and networking event Sept. 25.

The event, called “Bridges to the Future,” celebrates the power of mentorship, especially within the Latino community. It’s free and open to the public.

The session will feature a mentor-mentee duo from Starfish Initiative, who will speak about the relationship they’ve built through mentorship and how it’s impacted their lives.

The networking event will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at the AMP at 16 Tech, 1220 Waterway Blvd.

The event is free, but attendees should register online.

Mirror Indy, a nonprofit newsroom, is funded through grants and donations from individuals, foundations and organizations.
