You can celebrate your Warrior pride and help kids usher in a new school year at this fall’s Warren Homefest.

The community event put on by the Warren Township Council of PTAs will feature a parade, carnival games, food trucks and a fun run.

The event will be 5-7 p.m. Sept. 5 on the soccer fields at the northeast corner of the Warren Central High School campus, 9500 E. 16th St.

Registration for the fun run is open to kids in pre-K through eighth grade. It costs $20 to participate in the race. Included in the registration is unlimited carnival game play.

Register in advance online. More information about the event is available on the Warren Township Council of PTAs’ website.
