Eastsiders can learn more about six candidates running to represent them on the Warren Township school board at an upcoming forum.
The Warren Township Council of PTAs is sponsoring the 2026 MSD Warren Township School Board Forum. The forum will be both in person and streamed online.
Six candidates are running for three seats in Warren Township this year.

All of the positions are considered “at-large,” meaning anyone who lives in Warren Township can vote their pick of three candidates regardless of where the voter resides in the district.
Of the six candidates, three are currently school board members and three others are running as challengers.
Incumbent candidates include Terri Amos, Rachel Burke and Kevin Humphrey Sr. Challengers include Jerry Crites, Samantha Douglas and Steve Tutsie.

The PTA council encourages voters to attend in person to meet candidates and ask them questions. You can submit questions online in advance.
The forum will begin at 7 p.m. Sept. 22 in the Warren Education & Community Center, 975 N. Post Road.
