Come out to Wayne Township on Saturday, Aug. 23 for a free, kid-friendly public safety day celebration.

The annual event will happen from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sam’s Club parking lot, 5805 Rockville Road, and will feature free lunch, face painting, bounce houses, games, the Ben Davis Lions Club’s classic car show and public safety demonstrations.

Local agencies will have information booths, and the Gleaners Food Bank will also have a free food giveaway for Wayne Township residents.
