Expectant Haitian mothers can learn about childbirth and how to deal with the American health system at a free class July 26.
The Dieudonne Foundation and The Mothership Institute will have a prenatal class from 10 a.m. to noon at the International District Community Center, 3540 Commercial Drive.
The class will be held in English and Haitian Creole and will cover topics such as preparing for labor and delivery, cultural wellness tips, holistic prenatal care, nutrition and navigating U.S. hospital settings.
