Community members can hear from local experts about health care access at a town hall on March 27.

The event is hosted by The Wellness Connection Inc., an eastside community organization that believes health is a public and spiritual issue. 

Expert panelists include Tierra Pinkins, health equity project manager at Eskenazi Health; Nina Coley, manager of outreach and volunteer services at Cancer Support Community of Indiana; and Antoniette Holt, director of minority health at Indiana Department of Health

They will host a Q&A and breakout sessions about health equity and barriers to care. The town hall runs from 6-8 p.m. at Frederick Douglass Family Center, 1616 E. 25th St. 

Participants will also receive free food and raffled gift prizes.
